Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is a narrative description of the 2 year Work Program for a continuing, cooperative and comprehensive (3-C) transportation planning process within the Lake Havasu MPO planning boundary. The UPWP provides an indication of LHMPO’s short and long range transportation planning objectives, the manner in which these objectives will be achieved, the budget necessary to sustain the overall planning effort, and the sources of funding for each specific program element.
